This Privacy Policy describes how SalesMultiplier Pro ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when a merchant installs and uses the App on their Shopify store.
From merchants (store owners): When you install SalesMultiplier Pro, we store the following information necessary to operate the App:
From your customers (shoppers): SalesMultiplier Pro does not collect, store, or process any personal information about your customers. The App's widgets (Sticky Add to Cart, Urgency Countdown Timer, Trust Badge Banner) operate entirely using publicly available product and theme data already present on your storefront. No customer names, emails, browsing behavior, or order data is collected, transmitted, or stored by this App.

Merchant session data is retained for as long as the App remains installed on your store. If you uninstall the App, we permanently delete all stored data associated with your store within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements.
